The Mimallones Restaurant is open weekends for lunch and dinner, and weekdays with advance reservations.  Buffet breakfast is available daily for hotel guests.

The restaurant serves traditional Greek cuisine and local specialties, freshly prepared to order with seasonal local ingredients such as:

  • Prespas white beans*, wild greens (horta), red peppers, wild Boletus mushrooms, walnuts, and other vegetables
  • Grivadi (carp), lake trout, and tsironia (small smelt-like freshwater fish)
  • Boar, water buffalo, venison, and grass-fed beef

A variety of wines produced in the region of Florina as well as ‘tsipouro’, a traditional Greek spirit distilled locally, are available.

The Restaurant – Café has capacity to serve up to 100 persons, and is available for functions and special occasions.

* Prespas beans have been grown in small fields of Prespa since the 17th century. These thin-skinned white beans are used in many dishes, including the delicious ‘gigantes’ and fasolada soup.
